With over 20 years in media, most of which in programmatic, Fern has shaped strategy for brands like JLR, Diageo, and VWG, created the programmatic buying unit at Mediacom, and held senior roles at Carat, Mindshare, and FCB/Six. A passionate advocate for innovation, Fern believes curation is key to reconnecting creativity, technology, and value in AdTech. When she’s not driving transformation in media, she’s cheering on Formula 1, hiking with her dog Blue, or diving into quantum theory.
