Carl Fremont is Chief Executive Officer of Quigley-Simpson, an independent, women-owned certified agency serving Fortune 500 brands and emerging growth companies. Under his leadership, the agency’s Brand and Demand approach helps clients build meaningful consumer affinity while driving measurable revenue through performance marketing.

With nearly 40 years of experience in marketing and media, Carl has held transformative leadership roles across the industry. He spearheaded a strategic alliance between Wavemaker and Wunderman, creating an integrated, consumer-centric communications model designed to strengthen brand desire, demand, and long-term customer relationships for brands such as Marriott, United, IKEA, and L’Oréal. As Global Chief Digital Officer at MEC, he partnered with leading brands including Marriott, Hertz, AT&T, and Vodafone to accelerate their shift toward digitally driven marketing strategies.

A passionate industry leader and visionary, Carl is a frequent speaker and trusted voice on digital transformation, technology, and the future of marketing and media. He serves on multiple advisory boards across technology, media, and venture capital, consults with the IAB’s Video Board, and has held leadership roles including Chairperson of The Ad Club. He also supports diversity initiatives in marketing and serves on the board of Breastcancer.org, advancing awareness around breast health.
